Bogunovich Branislav


Graduated from the Pirogov Russian State Medical University in 1992. Since 1993 works at Bakoulev Centre for Cardiovascular Surgery. In 90th he carried out investigations in the fields of heart aneurism surgery and revealing of viable myocardium by dobutamine stress echocardiography at weak-heart patients, in 2000th – dilated cardiomyopathy. Since 1996 he regularly undergoes trainings in foreign clinics: Institut za kardiovaskularne bolesti Vojvodine (Novy Sad, Serbia, 1996-2006), Clinique Cecil (Lausanne, Switzerland, 1999), Institut za kardiovaskularne bolesti “Dedinje” (Belgrad, Serbia, 2001, 2009), Cleveland ?linic (Cleveland, USA, 2006), Texas Heart Institute (Houston, USA, 2006, 2008, 2009), Asklepios Klinik St.Georg (Hamburg, Germany, 2008).

He has mastered echocardiography and other noninvasive methods of cardiovascular diagnosis (exercise stress test, stress echocardiography, holter ECG and AD monitoring). His sphere of interest includes ischemic heart disease, mitral incompetence, heart failure and accessory circulation, aortal stenosis, atrial fibrillation, dilated cardiomyopathy.
